MU Extension "Farm Page of the Air" radio program (Session 189 of 261)

Radio station KWTO
This radio program is intended to educate viewers on a wide range of topics related to gardening in the Ozarks. Morris Westfall conducts the interview with Patrick Byers, MU Extension-Greene County regional horticulture specialist. The program airs several times on Saturday and Sunday on radio stations KWTO, KTXR, and KBFL.

More than half of all marriages end in divorce, and the majority of these involve children. Conflict between parents, both before and after a divorce, is associated with many negative outcomes in children. The purpose of this workshop is to help parents learn how to nurture and support their children during and after their divorce.
2 1/2 hour interactive workshop to help parents understand how to make divorce more successful for their children.

Classes are court ordered parenting classes for divorcing parents with minor age children, divorced parents who are filing a motion to modify, or never marrieds who are parents of a minor age child.
Fee can be waived by Family Court Administrator
East Central Region 4-H Energizer

The energizer is a one-day even to provide a variety of opportunities for 4-H members of all ages to learn more about 4-H and meet other members/volunteers from throughout the 17 county East Central Region.
