MU Extension/KOLR10 Television Interview "From the Ground Up" (Session 1 of 49)
When: Thursday, July 4, 2013, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
This live television program is intended to educate viewers on a wide range of topics related to gardening in the Ozarks. The KOLR10 meteorologist and others from KOLR10 television, Springfield, conduct the interview, which includes MU Extension horticulture specialists and others with gardening expertise. The program airs on Thursdays on the KOLR10 Midday Newscast, at 11:15am.

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - Bethany Jun-Jul, 2013 (Session 10 of 17)

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an eight-week strength training program for middle-aged and older adults. The program’s goal is to improve health and quality of life. The class will meet twice a week.
We will incorporate warm-up exercises; simple strengthening exercises, with or without weights; and cool down stretches. Weights are provided for the class. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring water bottle and towel.

If both this basic and the advanced class (on Tuesdays) is taken, the fee for both is $40.
