The Summer Entrepreneur Boot Camp is an intensive weeklong community of sharing best practices and essential business knowledge. The SBTDC & REDI have teamed up to call on thought leaders across the community to share their knowledge through focused sessions in areas we find key to long-term success. This week is about entrepreneurship, it doesn't matter if you don't have an idea yet or you've been in business for 20 years, there is something for you to learn and grow. Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (Session 9 of 10)

The Advanced Stay Strong Stay Healthy program was developed in 2009 by a team of MU Extension Specialists to meet the increasing need for a follow-up program to the 10 week Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program.
The goal of the Advanced SSSH program is to increase on the fitness base acquired from SSSH by adding new and more challenging exercises. Advanced SSSH is designed to challenge older adults in new and different ways, to help avoid staleness and plateaus, and to improve activities of daily living. This program features exercises using resistance from body weight, hand weights, and ankle weights. It also features balance exercises, core exercises, low back exercises, and flexibility exercises
