    Description:

    Business owners and managers need to know how to turn financial statements into useful
    management tools. After attending this financial management series, you will be able to
    make better business decisions based on good financial information.

    $249 for series or $99 per session

    Session 1: Making Dollars and Sense Out of Your Financial Statements
    Identify key financial information on a Profit and Loss Statement and on the Balance Sheet; learn how to calculate several financial ratios and understand what they indicate in terms of business productivity and success.

    Session 2: Cash Matters Most
    Take a close look at where cash comes from in a small business, where it is used in day-to-day operations and how to identify and correct cash flow issues.

    Session 3: Planning & Predicting Your Financial Path
    Learn how to create and use a cash budget to plan for future business performance. At the end, students forecast sales receivables and expenses, use a cash budget to create month-by-month views and calculate Break-Even.
